Gardus is an alumni of the prestigious Capital Impact Partners EDI Program. He is licensed general contractor in the State of Michigan with a passion for property management consulting over the past 15 years. His knowledge as a general contractor has made him a very sought after consultant on residential & commercial real estate development projects.  

In addition he operates as a property manager for multifamily properties . He has managed projects, assembled trades and has done some private capital raise for projects in his role as consultant and property management.

Gardus has consulted on over 35 Million Dollars of new construction and rehab projects in Oakland and Wayne Counties. He has previously done other consulting projects with the Detroit Land Bank Authority’s Rehabbed and Ready-Program and is also an approved contractor for the Zero Percent Rehab program which is a partnership between the City of Detroit and LISC for individuals who need financial literacy training in preparation to become homeowners.

He attended Western Michigan University and while matriculating there obtained his BS and MBA degrees respectively. In addition to being State of Michigan licensed builder he is also a licensed independent and public adjuster. He also holds licenses as an insurance agent in the areas of health, property and casualty.
